RON HEINRICH AM
Independent Director and Chairman
Ron is a professional company director and chairman of Assetlink Holdings Pty Ltd and a director of Harper Bernays Ltd and the Intersales Farm Machinery Group. He is also on the Board of Farmlink Research Ltd. He is a former chairman of LawCover Mutual Insurance Scheme and a former director of LawCover Insurance Pty Ltd.  He is the former senior partner of TressCox Lawyers, practicing in commercial and insurance law. Ron has interests in his family’s mixed farming operations as well as owning his own mixed farm in Springdale, Temora NSW.

JOHN GLADIGAU

Farmer Director

John is a farmer from the Northern Mallee region of SA. He is a Nuffield Scholar, studying collaborative farming in 2007 before setting up “Bulla Burra” in 2009 with another local farming family which today crops 10,000 hectares to cereals, canola and legumes. He is a co-founder of Collaborative Ag, and a member of the Industry Advisory Group for the Farming Together Program, a federal government initiative encouraging farmer collaboration.

ANDREW EARLE

Farmer Director

Andrew is a broadacre grower from Thallon in South West Queensland and currently has 16,000 hectares under cultivation.  Along with being the managing partner in his own farming enterprise and a passionate supporter of local community organisations, a founding member of the Mungindi Cropping Group, Chairman of the Mungindi/Balonne LCC for the Northern Grower Alliance, Northern Director for Grain Producers Australia and Director of Thallon Grains.

DR KELLY PEARCE

Farmer Director

Dr Kelly Pearce is a grain and prime lamb producer from Yealering in Western Ausralia, along with her young family. Kelly has had a 17-year career in agricultural research. Kelly is also a Director of WAMMCo, Director of the Co-operatives WA, a 2012 Nuffield Scholar and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In 2016, Kelly became the Chair of the Grower Group Alliance in WA which is a farmer-driven organisation that connects WA grower groups, research organisationsand agribusiness networks across Australia.

MARK SWIFT

Farmer Director

A grain grower from central NSW. He has had experience in agricultural representation at both the state and national level through NSW Farmersand NFF. Mark was awarded a Nuffield Scholarship in 2012 which focused on risk management.
